**Processing Time**  
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship from China via international courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

**International Shipping**  
We ship worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided.

**Lost or Damaged Items**  
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at anna581178@outlook.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will assist you in filing a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
